<Job Responsibilities>
1. Accurately translate verbally at official meetings, working sessions.
2. Arrange the meeting, conference, and teleconference; organize, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and transmit the Sales' direction and expectations in writing to involved departments
3. Draft clear, accurate, correspondence, presentation, remarks, reports, and other documents from brief instructions
4. Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sales Director in daily operations
5. Prepare and/ or join in business schedules for the Sales Director's business trips
6. Other tasks shall be assigned by Sales Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Age: 26-35
- Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language skills: Japanese - Business Level (N2 and above) & English - Business Level (equivalent to or higher than IELTS 6.0)
- Experience: Have at least 4 years of working experience as Interpreter/Asisstant for Japanese Manager/Director
- Good at using MS Office
- Have interpersonal abilities and be able to react quickly
- Be able to work under pressure and good cooperation
- Careful, dynamic, hard-working, self-confident
- Willing to travel
