Finance & Accounting Manager - Trưởng phòng Kế toán Tài chính - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- Report Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements on time (in accordance with Vietnam Law and Company Policy) as required
- Financial and Cost Accounting Officer: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Review and analysis of financial statements (Profit and Lost, Balance Sheet, Carried Forward)
- The Monthly Difference Analysis Report
- Cash management
- Making forecasts, budgeting
- Manage and control direct and general expenses in accordance with the budget
- Monitor the performance of periodic reports, tax declarations and solve tax issues
- Manages external and internal audit requirements
- Other work required by the BOD

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language: Japanese: Business Level OR English: Business Level
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience :
+ 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) including 5 years of experience in managing an F&A member.
+ Having experience working in a manufacturing factory (in an export processing zone)
+ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Others:
+ Deep knowledge of Corporate Finance & risk management
+ Used to work with Tax/ Audit agencies, Department of Taxation,...

<Preferable experience, skills>
- The latest experience working company is preferred in the manufacturing sector with a number of employees >1000
- Used SAP (preferred)
