<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor all accounting activities to ensure transactions are fully recorded in accordance with accounting principles and meet compliance requires (General Journal, Accounts Book Input & Control, Bank Remittance, Exchange Rate, AR, AP, Purchase, Sales, etc.)
- Proficiently use and optimize Accounting software.
- Handle all tax-accounting issues in accordance with Vietnamese law.
- Review month-end closing, and ensure all data are accurate prior of running the closing procedure.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements for BOD (PnL, BS, cash flow).
- Support & supervise subordinates in charge with receipt, petty cash, expense settlement, bank exchange transactions, VAT invoice issuance, and arising issues related invoices.
- Prepare all tax declarations and tax payments (CIT, PIT, VAT, FCT, etc.)
- In charge of PIT for Japanese employees.
- Consult departments on accounting & tax issues.
- Perform tasks of internal and external audit.
- Prepare data for transfer pricing & review TP report.
- Prepare and review annual audit reports, transfer pricing reports, etc.
- Responsible for communicating & liaising with tax authorities if needed.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level or Japanese - Business Level
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting,/ Auditing, Finance
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Chief Accountant
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Having deep knowledge of Vietnamese law and accounting.
- Certificate of Chief Accountant is required.

- Willing to work overtime, careful and timely in work.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese companies is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP system is preferred.
