<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Set goals for the sales department and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving the targets and budgets
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Engage deeply in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Communicate effectively with management and cross -functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Timely reporting and analytics
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Electronics/ IT
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Manager position, in which having sales management in the ELV solution industry for at least 3 years
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, innovative, and leadership skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Business Level in Japanese is highly preferred
