Senior/Leader Marketing Strategy Planner - Advertising

<Job Responsibilities>
- Building the communication strategy for current clients and potential clients
- Brief the story to creative teams, and media teams to develop the proposal
- Support in developing the idea of marketing campaigns with other division
- Make presentations to the clients about communication strategy
- Research design suitable for the objectives, Brief to research agencies, Manage timeline of the research, Quality control of the fieldwork
- Reporting (including analysis data to achieve objectives and making reports with charts, tables, and appropriate comments with implications)
- Build a relationship with research agencies, marketing agencies, and media agencies to increase the opportunity to cooperate with
- Make an annual training plan for necessary skills and professional knowledge for team members
- Attend to train/ coach team members
- Attend to performance evaluation for team members
- Enlighten the people about marketing, consumer behavior, research
- Monitor client industry trends, customer behaviors, communication tools, case studies, data analysis methods, etc.
- Perform other duties as required by the line manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Languages: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 05 years of experience in the same position in Marketing Agency
