<Job Responsibilities>
1. Operation management:
- In charge of key account (MT channel)
- Responsible for Revenue, Profit...and Modern Retail Management.
- To manage and support daily sales jobs.
- To update the market situation and then propose an action plan for sell-out activities.
- To cooperate with other teams for excellent execution of the sales department.
- Lead and make sure the product is displayed at POP/POSM (Point of Purchase/Point of Sales Merchandise) and follow product display strategy and guidelines.
- Excellent in company product lineup activities.
- To update sell-out and sell-in situations and give strategic solution ideas in upcoming years.
- To properly feedback to BOD and other related teams regarding the display status.
- To maintain shopfront image and relationship with customers.
2. Other tasks:
- To lead event projects according to direction from the Sales/ Marketing division.
- To recruit, manage, and develop people on the Sales team.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Language skills: English - Business Level
• Educational background: Bachelor and above
• Experience: Related experience at least 3 years' work experience in electronics / electrical equipment.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and developing customers.
- Good communication skills and high teamwork spirit.
- Active and future-oriented.
