<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Handle customers' calls and inquiries on delivery operations.
・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
・Communicate and coordinate with partner companies.
・Manage shift work of the department and daily work progress.
・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having more than 1-2 years of experience in the Logistics field (Import Export or Warehouse operation positions).
・Ability to Analysis and Problem-solving skills.
・MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), good computer literacy.
・Prefer working in Retail / Logistics companies with good experience in inventory management.
