<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for defining strategy, and action plan to achieve the Project Sales mid-term plan and developing market share.
B2B Business development:
- Identify potential partners and contribute to developing selected targets into new partnerships (M&E
companies, contractors, project owners, and construction consultants).
- Approach potential projects, follow up with clients, and cooperate with distributors to convert sales targets.
- Define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities.
- To provide pre-sales technical assistance and product solutions.
- Manage relationships with existing customers, keep the customer database updated, and improve the database.
- Leading negotiations, and coordinating complex decision-making processes to capture new business
opportunities.
- Conducting market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) for sales strategy.
- To work closely with the Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (Technical Background)
・Language: English Business level
・Experience in Project Sales related to lighting at least 5 years with Leader/Supervisor roles.
・Strong presentation and communication skills.
・Logical thinking and analytical skills, Ownership spirit
・Working as both a teamwork and an individual.
・Ability to read and learn for new latest updated information.
・Frequent traveling when required to visit customers.
・Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
