<Job Responsibilities>
- Excavation and inspection of candidate locations for opening stores
- Negotiations with property owners
- Confirmation of contract, etc.
- Gathering tenant information
- Support for store opening preparations after property confirmation
*Example: Acting as a contact point for sales promotions, etc. with the shopping center side
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language skills: Business skills in English
- Age: 30 - 40

・Experience: Having 5 years of experience in store development for retail.
・Good understanding consumer retail market
・Having PC skill
