<Job Responsibilities>
- Establish a customer relationship with the plant supervisor, manager, and general manager in the area of operation and maintenance.
- Be responsible for the assigned budget (together with the Engineering and project team).
- Identify and collect technical service and spare parts service opportunities from plant operation.
- Investigate customer issues on daily production.
- Respond to customer requests for emergency service.
- Technical meeting attendance for customer complaints.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all the facilities of the plant complex.
- Support the maintenance activities for the installed base of the company at the site.
- Present to customers on technical service and spare part service portfolios.
- Provide technical support and solve problems with own expertise.
- Coordinates work performed by the local technical service team and CoC/ CoE technical service team.
- Prepare reports on site activity.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University Degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgical & Electrical Engineering
・Language: English - Business Level (Excellent communication skills)
・Experience:
- From 4 to 8 years of working experience in a Steel plant.
- Having a working knowledge of Technical support for industrial plants.
- Having a working knowledge of spare parts services.
- Experience in metals processes like steel-making, Casting, Hot rolling mills, Cold Rolling mills, and processing lines is desirable.
- Good analytical skills.
- Having good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international work environment.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Residency close to customer’s plant.
- Have a driving license.
