<Job Responsibilities>
[Project side]
- Support communication between development team and customers in Japanese (mainly in JP-VN language)
- Coordinate and support Project Leaders to manage the project:
+ Progress management
+ Requirement analysis and management
+ Q&A discussion
+ Communication management
+ Sometimes need multi-language support between EN-JP-VN
+ Project Document Translation (JP-EN, JP-VN)
+ Support Department Head to maintain business
[Administrative task side and others]
- Document translation support (Administrative document)
- Other meeting translation support if any
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: Under 35 years old
- Educational Background: At least from Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
• Have experiences more than 03 years related to translation/communication jobs (having experience in IT field communication would be preferable)
- Language:
• Japanese Skill: Good at writing, speaking, reading, and listening
• English skills: Good at writing, reading (for document translation), speaking and listening
- Other:
• Have customer-oriented mindset
• Logical thinking & analysis ability
• Self-motivated & proactive
• Open Communication attitude and Teamwork
• Can go on business trips overseas
<Preferable>
• Experiences of staying in Japan
• Experience related to project management or project coordinator
• Experience with management tools such as Redmine, Jira, Teams, MemoQ…
