仕事詳細
<Job Responsibilities>
・Main job task is supporting wood pellet shipment
・Have daily communication with business partners in Vietnam
・Inspect cargo quality/condition and supervise cargo loading
・Be in charge of translation/ interpretation (English⇔Vietnamese)
・Check and support timely shipping documents issued by partners
・Research market/supplier in Vietnam
・Perform daily general affairs as necessary.
** Business trips are expected.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Female prefered
・Age: 22-29 years old
・Language: English Business level
・Experience:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in Sales support or shipping operation positions in marine shipping/ marine forwarding/ freight forwarding companies (priority) or trading companies.
- Have knowledge/ experience in shipping documents.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can communicate in English
・Have knowledge of small-scale suppliers.
<Preferred personality>
Responsible, punctual, patient
