<Job Responsibilities>
- Check all the documents relevant to the purchase
- Ensure payment requests, invoices, and support documents relating to Accounts payables are completely filed & approved by the appropriate level of management.
- Collect VAT invoices and Record AP, AR transactions into Accounting system.
- Check and input sales entries into accounting system and issue VAT invoices.
- Follow up on collecting debt
- Allocate Pre-paid expenses
- Record fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation expense.
- Follow up and record accrual entries.
- Calculate and Declare FCT tax.
- Inventory count at month-end and year-end.
- Assist Chief Accounting with month-end closing.
- Store accounting documents.
- Prepare monthly cashflow report, compare actual costs with budgets.
- Support and provide document evidence for annual audit
- Support in preparing CIT declaration and Transfer Pricing documents.
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 1 year experience as AP Accountant
- Knowledge of: accounting standards / accounting law / bookkeeping / tax / finance
- Proficiency in Accounting software
