Production Planning Control Manager (PPC Manager)

- To support the Production Senior Manager/Factory Manager in creating and following up the production operation schedule, outsourcing plan, and material purchase calculation to meet the shipment schedule of Customers.
- Assist in alerting daily productivity status, and machine status to the Senior Manager/ Factory Manager or General Director to avoid delaying shipment schedule.
- Coordinate with other related departments to create production plans and stock management regularly.
- To adjust production plans when any adjustment happens such as machine problems, or material delivery schedule.
- To give the solution to urgent cases to meet the original delivery schedule of customers.
- Manage and lead all the activities or tasks of the PPC section and supervise smooth production operations from input to output.
- Establish or improve the working flowchart and regulations of the PPC section. Give goal settings to the PPC section and PPC staff and evaluate their achievement accurately.
- Perform other tasks: Training schedule internally or external sections such as production or technical team to improve their competence or skills. Support with technical sections in new sample creation and delivery on time.
- Perform other duties as directed by the management board

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
• Education: University graduate, major in business administration, accounting
• Gender: Any
• Age: 30-40 years old
• Language: English Intermediate Level Or Japanese Intermediate level
• Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in the same title (at least) in a foreign manufacturing company (experience in Japanese companies is big plus)

<Other skill/Personalities>
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Honest, careful, detailed-mind, and strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Can keep calm, and flexibility to respond to the actual circumstance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and work with overseas customers.
• Good time management and good organizational skills.
