<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Handle customers' calls and inquiries on delivery operations.
・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
・Communicate and coordinate with partner companies.
・Manage shift work of the department and daily work progress.
・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: High school or above
・Language: English - Conversational Level (Japanese Speaking is a big plus)
・Experience: Having from 1 - 2 years as Sales Admin / Sales Support (preferred working with logistics tasks)
・Good at communication skills
・Proactive, fast learner and committed to work preferred
