Marketing Manager - Real Estate

<Job Responsibilities>
- Advise on marketing strategy according to each specific goal to serve the sales purpose of the real estate project, including but not limited to ideas and promotional campaigns, story.
- Develop marketing budget for the Project, control and evaluate the implementation of the approved budget.
- Advise on sales documents, brand management, and brand design for the Project.
- Make an overall marketing plan for the project and marketing strategy for each stage.
- Manage the activities of the Marketing Department to ensure compliance with the approved budget and approved plans.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to create an overall communication plan.
- Carry out procedures with the government authorities related to promotional activities of projects.
- Advise on product development strategic planning related to market research, competitors, and product development of the project.
- Other tasks as requested by the management.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 35 ~ 50
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above (Majoring in Marketing, Business Management)
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in Marketing in the Real Estate industry or Construction developer.
- At least 3 years of management experience, team size is not required.
- Good knowledge, and experience in the real estate market, market analysis, and creative marketing.
- Have a deep and broad knowledge of Marketing and Marketing tools Communication skills, partnerships, project management, and strategic thinking.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have around 10 years of work experience in Marketing in the Real estate industry.
・Experience in an MNC company that has relations with joint venture groups.

<Personality / Skills>
・Have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent leadership skills.
・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation
