Technical Sales Support / Nhân Viên Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật - Machinery

<Position Objective/Expectation >
Support and consult the external Sales Team and customers in all pumps and solutions technical aspects.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Support external Sales team with technical knowledge of pumps and the various applications
- Interpret and understand tender specifications, provide product quotations and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirements
- Liaise with company factories globally for technical clarifications
- Provide technical advice to customers and partners to assist with the preparation of their specifications
- Manage standard customer inquiries independently
- Provide all necessary information to the Order Management team to raise purchase orders to company factories and support the order management team’s completion of the customer orders
- Maintain up-to-date product information and ensure that external Sales team has current knowledge of the company’s products and solutions

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in the pump industry
- Having technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles

<Skills>
- Strong ability to interpret customer’s basic understanding of pumps and to achieve a beneficial outcome.
- Ability to assess priorities in daily work to meet both customer and company requirements and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build a productive relationship with external Sales team and customers
- High level of communication and coordination skills
