<Job Responsibilities>
1. Strategy Development: Create and implement Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Team.
3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Marketing campaigns across various channels.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
5. Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand presence.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other Departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
8. Other tasks as assigned by managers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: From 3 years of experience working in Marketing in Real Estate field.
・Team management experience.
・Good skills in strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, creativity, project management, budget management, marketing technical skills.
・Microsoft Office skills: proficient.
