Japanese Speaking - Sales Support Staff - Trading

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support for sales of machine tools and industrial machinery to the Vietnamese market through the parent company

<Job Responsibilities>
1) Sales support for the Vietnamese market for the business sector (machine tool and industrial machinery sales) run by the parent company
2) Sales and order support for after-sales services (parts sales, maintenance, etc.) for machine tools and industrial machinery
3) Project implementation work for (1) as above (on-site project management, English or Japanese/Vietnamese interpretation, etc.)
4) Other general research and information gathering for the above business sectors in the Vietnamese market
- Documentation work (Prepare import-export document, create PR, invoice, etc)
- Translate documents & interpret meetings (If needed)
- Manage delivery schedule
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 - N1) AND English - Business Level
・Having more than 3 years of work experience at a trading company, in charge of sales/purchase, import/export, and documentation
・Having good knowledge of Trading business
・Excel (spreadsheet) and PowerPoint skills for business use
・Can go on a business trip （depending on the situation)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Good knowledge of Import-Export documentation
・Having good communication skills
・Can work with long-term
