<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee Accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, ensuring all entries are properly input into the Accounting system
- Check all inventory reports from relevant departments
- Plan and lead month-end and year-end stocks coun
- Perform costing calculations on CS (Costing system)
- Check costing analysis reports on CS (Costing system)
- Prepare costing analysis reports
- Support in improving the Costing system
- Manage inventory data under EPE regulations, and verify inventory differences between the internal system and Customs system
- Maintain internal control system related to payment processes, and review payment documents before submitting for approval
- Support Accounting manager in Tax audit and annual financial audit
- Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end closing
- Assist the Accounting manager with preparing and reviewing Tax reports
- Assist the Accounting manager with budget/prospect, prepare a monthly prospect analysis report
- Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience as an Accounting
- Experience with Costing Accounting
- Experience with Leader position
