<Job Responsibilities>
You will be responsible for managing the air conditioning and sanitation facilities of the shopping mall.
- Installation of air conditioning and sanitation facilities
- Connection piping for rainwater and water supply and drainage
- Management of air conditioning facilities
- Issuance of instructions to construction members
- Cooperation with subcontractors, design, and construction departments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:30-50
・Gender:Any
・Education: Bachelor or above
・Language: English intermediate level
・Experience: Over 8 years of experience in Air conditioning and sanitary equipment engineering.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience in large-scale projects such as complexes, and shopping malls.
