Finance Manager / Quản Lý Tài Chính - Energy

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and control all financial activities from budgeting, forecasting, review process, and reports.
- Analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and control the financial performance of the business, identify areas of risk, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
- Provide financial support and analysis for business initiatives, including project investments, customer credits, network planning, partnerships, cost savings, productivity…
- Proactive for continuous process efficiency to support fast-paced business needs.
- Overlook and manage the accounting team and activities in a precise and timely manner.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Finance / Accounting or related fields.
・Language skills: English - Business Level.
・Experience: From around 5 years in senior financial or in a similar field (working an internal position in manufacturing companies)
・Excellent knowledge of financial management obligations, especially statutory accounting/financial obligations and requirements.
・Working experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)

<Other skills>
- Be an analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Experiences in working with cross-functionals and communicating with senior leaders.
- Good at presenting financial topics to non-financials.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- PC skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI…
