<Job Responsibilities>
1. Admin Tasks
*Accounting related
- Collect documents/ Create payment requests
- Communicate/ Negotiate with the vendor to pay expenses in HCMC
- Communicate with HQ in Japan in English and Japanese
*Legal related
- Coordinate new contracts with HQ (only expense related)
- Control signing & stamp process (registration on a listing)
*Office general tasks:
- Manage business travel, Courier, stationery, Room key, Gift receipt, etc.
- Arrange company car schedule.
- Others requested by GD
2. IT
- Order electronic devices by request (PC, phone, tablet, etc.)
- Set up new electronic devices (including printer)
- Check PC problem issues for all members by case.
- Generate regular reports requested by the Manager/ IT HQ.
- Communicate with IT HQ in Tokyo by Japanese.
- Communicate with vendor.
- Other IT tasks arise in the future.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (At least JLPT N2) and English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Admin Staff
- Used to handle IT Support tasks
