<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage general account tasks, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
・Collect cost information and keep track of the expense database.
・Prepare cost forecast (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
・Make business reports such as BS (Balance Sheet), PL (Profit and loss), cash flow and sales forecast
・Prepare tax reports according to Vietnamese law.
・Arrange salary (salary, tax, social insurance).
・Submit required documents to the accounting firm.
・Submit accounting reports and required documents at head office in Japan.
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing, Banking & Finance, or other related field.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35-40 years old
・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2) and English Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience at Accountant position in Japanese companies
- Have 5 years of working experience at Chief Accountant position
- Have management experience.
- Have experience working in a local subsidiary of a Japanese-listed company
- Experience in the preparation of consolidated reports and IFRS reports, handling tax investigations
・Working experience in real estate companies
・In house experience in managing the company's simultaneous multiple tax codes
<Preferred Skill / Experience>
・Have CPA certification or other relevant certification
・Experience with SAP system
