Japanese Speaking - Sales Manager - Trading

GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: Japanese Speaking – Sales Manager - Trading

 Level: Manager

 Contract Term: Permanent 

 Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm) 

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus 

 Benefit(s): 

 18 Annual Leave/Year. Can be exchanged to daily salary if not using out of AL.

 Phone allowance 

 Overtime 

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Japanese Manager(s).

 Assigned to Coffee Industry of Food Department. The GM of Coffee Industry is Female.

 Team with 3 members.

 Responsibilities:

- Trading and Sales of Agri-products business mainly coffee.

- Following up shipments

- Control quality, supervise operation of Suppliers, Factories and Farmer's site, crop survey. 

- Responsible for the budget, result and prospect of this business.

- Support to purchase & Sales for current business. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Experience and Background:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 

- Language Skills: English and Japanese – business level

- Strong experience in sales trading.

- Background of coffee is an advantage

- Be able to work under high pressure

- Be able to go to business trip (high season will be from November to January). It might take 2-3 days for one trip.

 Management skill, problem solving skill, good communication and negotiation.
