GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - IT COMMUNICATOR JLPT - IT

 Level: Staff

 Contract term: Permanent 

 Recruitment reason: New-hired

 Expected joining date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law

 Work location: District 1, HCMC

 Work time: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

 Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review twice per year / Senority bonus up to the third working year

 

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Vietnamese IT Communicator Leader (female, 30s)

 Team size: 4

 Job Responsibilities:

- Translate work instructions received from clients; check the instructions issued to in-house web designers and developers

- Manage the quality and delivery of the content of the above work

- Able to detect small differences; responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the assigned website

- Understand clients’ requirement and proposal; make changes and update the website as needed

- Other translation tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: JLPT N2 or JLPT N3 and in studying process of JLPT N2

- Language skills: Japanese business level (having some English is a plus)

- Experience working at a similar position in Japanese IT companies (must)

- Project management and IT testing skills are preferable

- Basic knowledge about web and mobile application, CSS, HTML, some design tools and programming languages (preferable)

- Personality: hard-working, self-study, teamwork and independent at the same time
