GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Japanese Speaking – Accountant Assistant - Manufacturing
 Level: staff
 Contract Term: Permanent

 Work Location: Long Duc, Dong Nai
 Work Time:
 Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm) off 2 Saturday per month
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review

JOB DUTIES:
 Report to General Manager 
 Team with 2 members
 Assigned to GA Department 
 Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct bookkeeping, accounting, and clerical/administrative functions.
- Assist with budget preparations; handle contracts; make bank deposits; pay bills; issue payment requests
- Communicate with external accounting firms in order to prepare financial statements and reports; keep the General Director informed as to the balances of internal accounts; and prepare payroll


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 
- Language Skills: 
 Japanese – business level 
 English – Conversational (reading & writing)
- Experience in Accountant, 
 Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female
- Age: under 30s
- Willing to work in Long Duc by company car with Japanese Manager
