JOB DUTIES
Report to Team Leader
Assigned to Global Parts Logistics Division
Main Tasks:
- Contact with forwarder, shipping line to get booking
- Prepare export shipping document: BL; INV, PL, Fumi; Phyto; C/O…on time
- Prepare import shipping document, pay VAT
- Follow up export, import schedule
- Prepare document for payment for oversea suppliers, logistic fee…
- Input data in the company system
- Filling import and export shipment files
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
- Gender: Any
- Age: 22-25
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree from Economic, Foreign Trade University
- Language Skills: English - business level (equivalent Toeic 800)
- Fresh graduated is acceptable.
- Male candidates or Candidates can speak Japanese will be preferable
