GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Japanese Speaking Sales (Trading company)
§ Level: Staff (Future Leader)
§ Contract Term: Permanent
§ Recruitment Reason: replacement
§ Expected joining date: June, July
§ Work Location: Da Nang City
§ Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
§ Allowance(s): Communication and Transportation fee 40USD / Business trip allowance.
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Bonus 2 times per year/ June. December, Incentives
§ Benefit(s):Under VN law / Annual Leave 12days per year / Insurance /Company trip
§ Selection Process: 4 rounds (face-to-face)
ü First - Japanese MG(2 Japanese)
ü Second - VN leader
ü Third - Trial accompany for half day
ü Final - Discussing about final decision of each other.

JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Assigned to Da Nang Office
§ Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of Hoa Khanh IZ
- Hoa Khanh IZ responsible. Visit one company per day.
- Making estimate preparations, Order processing using Excel.
- The number of offices will be one. A Japanese blanch manager from Ho Chi Min will stay for about a week per month.
- Contact customers, explain product features, answer any questions that their customers may have, and negotiate prices.
- Approach for mainly existing customer in Hoa Khanh IZ
- Ask about client’s demands and suggest them the most ideal solutions about tools for manufacturing machines.
- Clients are mainly Japanese manufacturing companies in industry area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
※Most VN staffs can speak Japanese, N4.3.2
- Language Skills: Japanese more than / equivalent to …N3 conversational is OK
- Experience in….Sales in any industry
- Others (Preferable):CDDs who would like to work for a long term (at least 3 years)
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: any
- Age: Male (27-30) / Female (25-30)
- N2 level is desirable
- Personality: Cheerful, honest, faithful, patient, responsible, sociable, trustworthy, neat
- Other notes to make ideal candidates: Who has willing to work for a long years.
- Who can take a car more than 1 hour because this position need to visit industry area by car
