Position: Admin ManagerLevel: Manager
Contract Term: Permanent Recruitment Reason: New-hire
Expected joining date: ASAPWork Location: HanoiWork Time:Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)Saturday(every two weeks)Allowance(s): Governed under VN law and company’s regulationsBonus and Incentives: 1 month Bonus / Performance review and pay raise once each per yearBenefit(s): Annual Leave 12 days per year
JOB DUTIES
Main Tasks:
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence(e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Responsible for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and ensure the performanceCreate and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist Japanese Manager whenever necessaryInterpret and translation Japanese to Vietnamese, Vietnamese to Japanese

Desirable Background & Experience:Qualification: Bachelor’s degreeLanguage Skills: English Communication level, Japanese more than N2Experience in the Admin or GA more than 3 years in Japanese company
