GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: GENERAL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT CUM HR
Level: supervisor/ manager
Work Time:
Monday-Friday (08:00～17:00)
Saturday: 08:00～17:00 every other week
Allowance(s): including Gross salary
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Director
Job Responsibilities:
Work with JP director
Come up and discuss strategy to strengthen each departments
Mainly reorganize and improve training program to train leader levels in each departments
Report to JP manager in Japanese
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language Skills: Japanese more than N3 (communicate with JP Director)
Experienced in manufacturing industry (production control, QA/QC…..)
Experienced in leader/SV/manager
Commute by oneself
Desirable Character:
Gender: Any
