JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager (male, 40s) and Vietnamese Manager (female, 30s)Job Responsibilities:Target clients are local farms around the countrySearch and contact new clients; go to their site with Japanese Manager to introduce about company productsMake and execute business plan to achieve KPI targetsUpdate market information and report to the ManagersGo on business trips to Hanoi, Dalat, Mekong Delta twice a month x 4 days each timeOther ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line ManagerShow potentials and capabilities to become Business Manager in the future

Desirable Background and Experience:Qualification: Bachelor DegreeLanguage skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N2)At least 2 years working as Sales using Japanese languageDesirable Characters:Gender: Male preferableAge: Around 30sDesire to work in agriculture-related fieldWilling to go on frequent business trips
