JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese General Director (male, 50s), dotted line to Board of Directors based in JapanAssigned to Local Digital Marketing Division, target clients are MNC companies operated in VietnamTeam size: Around 30 members, including 2 Project Managers (Vietnamese, 30s)Job Responsibilities:Lead the operation for Local Digital Marketing team, including clients’ website monitor / maintenance, SNS management, content management…Run ads on various social platforms; hold marketing campaigns for brands covering both online and offline channelsMake strategies and organization structure to drive up productivity, quality and sales targetSupport Sales team in developing different marketing proposals and/or total marketing plans in terms of both ideas and materials contributionWork closely with Sales team to acquire and operate projects; join them in pitching projects at clients’ siteConduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Board of DirectorsOther ad-hoc tasks as per requested by General Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:Qualification: Bachelor DegreeLanguage skill(s): Japanese business level (must) AND English business level (preferable)From 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing and/or online mediaStrong management experience background (must)Strong knowledge of local digital marketing market including various channels such as website promotion, Google ads, SEO, SEM, SNS…Strong understanding of clients, market dynamics and requirements Experienced in offline marketing and back-end development of websites and applications (preferable)Desirable Characters:Gender: AnyAge: From 33yoGood presentation and communication skillsStrong leadership and project management skillsCreative, proactive, dedicated, committed, passionateAble to work under high pressure and tight deadline to achieve divisional target
