JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese QA Group Leader (male, 30-40s)Assigned to QA DepartmentTeam size: 70 membersTeam structure: Japanese QA Manager -> QA Group Leader -> QA StaffsJob Responsibilities:Collect and analyze complaints from clients and conduct relevant reportsFind root cause and raise solutionsObserve and assess quality improvement of production linesSupervise the quality of incoming components and suppliers themselvesWork with suppliers on goods warranty and replacementOther ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related field (Electronics major is preferred)Language skill(s): English business level for all skillsKnowledgeable about quality toolsGood at handling client’s enquiries and complaints as well as dealing with suppliers and their quality mattersExperienced working with PCB accessories is preferredDesirable Characters:Gender: AnyAge: Up to 30
