JOB DUTIES


Report to Japanese Managers


Assigned to Sales Team which currently have 3 members in HCMC)


Job Responsibility:


Ensure KPI of sales targets;


Help recruiting sales members.


Manage the sales team of 4-6 members in the future.


Train and support new employees.


Orientation, propose business strategies and report directly to the Director.


Support search for new partners, assess the quality of services and capabilities in line with the requirements of company cooperation.


Support for negotiation, persuading partners to use the services, design of contractual terms and conditions.


Monitor quality of partner services, contact to solve the problem arises during contract implementation;


Make judicious business policy rules or the preferential treatment for partners according to company strategies.

Job RequirementS


Desirable Background & Experience:


At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.


Graduated from Universities / Colleges with related subjects.


Sales skills, negotiation skills, ability to persuade clients.


Have a good sense of observance of labor discipline


Experienced leader in the other group purchasing/coupon website.


Experience in working with the merchant, systems…


Desirable Character:
