JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese CEO (female, 30s)Assigned to Business Administration DepartmentJob Responsibilities:-Do paperwork with local authorities (Kon Tum District): licenses, certificates…-Perform all administrative and secretarial tasks to support the team-Act as a Coordinator among all departments in specific projects-Manage and allocate company’s resources: stationery, facilities, office equipment, meeting rooms, company cars…-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by CEO
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:-Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related field-Language skill(s): English business level-Experience working at similar positions in manufacturing companies (F&B industry is more preferable)-Keen on handling paperwork and other procedures with local authorities (must)Desirable Characters:-Gender: Female preferable-Age: Around 30s-Having entrepreneurship mindset; able to work with chaos-Good communication and interpersonal skills-Personality: proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, supportive, responsible-Candidates living on the Highlands (Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak) are more preferable
