GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Document Staff (Chemical Dept) - Trading
Job code: JO-170721-132747
Level: Staff
Work Location: HCMC
Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm)
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
Benefit(s):
18 Annual Leave/Year. Can be exchanged to daily salary if not using out of AL.

Overtime
Business trip fee: $20/day for meal. Hotel and flight ticket booked by company.
Insurance: follow Vietnamese Law

JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Manager
Assigned to Chemical Dept
Main Tasks:
Daily exchange/communicate with local customers/partners and internally with chemicals team and other company's overseas office to handle shipping documents of chemicals.
For CNF trade, following up contracts, checking/pushing LCs, handling shipping docs, collecting payment from customers on time.
For Local trade, issue contract, follow up documentation/executions and cargo delivery
Input accounting data for Chemicals Department by using SAP system.
Input the Handling Commission between our Chemicals Dept with other offices.
Support Sale activities, both CNF and Principal business.
Report timely to Sales staff and senior managers when problem arising.
Job RequirementS
Desirable Experience and Background:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Graduated from Foreign Trade University is a big advantage.
Language Skills: English: business level
Understanding international trade
Around 1 year working experience in the same field.
Desirable Personalities:
Gender: Female
Age: 24 – 28 years old
Others: Careful, detailed, calm, reliable, enthusiastic, responsibility
