§ Work Time Monday-Friday (8:00 – 17:15)

§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review and pay raise once each per year
JOB DUTIES
§ Progress of offshore operations from Japan and management of personne
Main Tasks:
- Communicating with Japanese via Skype, Chat, email
- Understand and progress management of the project
- Manage stuff
- Offer guidance for Project members
- Mainly they are making Package software
- Report to Director by Japanese
- Developing languages are C++, Java, C#, Object C
- The person who can go to Japan to progress and meeting Project
- Their Documents are written by Japanese
- Main Works are from Japanese Head quarter
Job RequirementS
§ Must:
- Gender: Any
- Age: until Any
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: English Conversation level
Japanese Business Level (More than N3～)
- Understand the style of work of Japanese IT companies.
- 2years and more experienced in Team Leader
- 2years and more experienced Developing by C+ , Java etc…
- Well known about SCM(software configuration management)
