GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: OPERATION STAFF - LOGISTICS
§ Work location: Ha Noi
§ Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm), lunch break (12:00pm - 13:30pm)
Saturday morning (8:00am - 12:00pm)
§ Allowance(s): Mobile sim card / Taxi card
§ Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / KPI bonus and salary review once per year
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Operation Manager (Vietnamese male, 30s)
§ Assigned to Operation Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all custom clearing, C/O… services
- Connect tightly with shipping and customs department to arrange Customs Staffs for declaring customs for importing/exporting for customers
- Coordinate activities of onsite operations engaged in customs clearance
- Prepare documentation for tax exemption if required
- Monitor cargo delivery and pickup at factory
- Work closely with customers to solve problem relating to customs declaration
- Prepare customs report
- Provide advice and service to customers in customs procedure
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language skill(s): English conversational level
- Computing: MS Office, VNACCS (customs software)
- From 2+ years of experience working at similar positions in forwarding industry (must)
- Solid knowledge and practical experience on customs procedure in work field
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male only
- Age: Up to 35
- Personality: confident, positive, honest, hard-working
