JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Sales Team leader
§ Assigned to Water Purifier
§ Main Tasks:
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promptly respond to all inquiries utilizing email, phone, text and mail as appropriate.
- Assesses lead’s needs and preferences to determine appropriate community and product.
- Schedules appointments for leads at appropriate community.
- Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: College Degree, Vocational School
- Language Skills: English – conversational level
- Sothern voice
- Experience in Telesales, Online Sales, Customer Service
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 24 - 30
- Able to communicate, negotiate with clients.
