JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Chief Accountant
§ Work with 1 more Accountant in Accounting Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Make payment through the net banking, remittance abroad, salary payment.
- Conduct accounts payment and receivable
- Correspond to bank such as making new bank account for the new staff, etc.
- Manage and check red invoice and delay payment
- Make daily summary & journal to send to the accounting firm
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: Japanese conversational level (at least N3) OR English conversational level
- Relevant working experience in the same function
