ü Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm)
ü Saturday: (8:00am – 12:00pm) – off once/twice days per month
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Create and check all documents relating to export, import
- Check commodity
- Contact carrier, sub - contractor to get quotation
- Directly support customers: receive booking, book carrier, handle goods to make sure it will follow customers’ plan
- Supervise the import and export
- Make weekly and monthly report
- Implement all tasks relating to Export
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese – business level (from N2 level)
- Experience in import-export or forwarding.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: any (prefer Male)
- Age: under 35
