§ Position: PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER - MANUFACTURING

§ Work location: Ben Cat, Binh Duong
§ Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30am - 4:30pm); off 1 Saturday per month
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- PCD management (production, cost, delivery)
- Supervise, establish and coordinate the factory’s production schedules
- Set up Quality Assurance System for the company
- Ensure the flow of materials, parts and assemblies among internal departments
- Manage subordinates in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Report to upper management
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): English business level OR Japanese conversational level
- Experience working in as QA/QC Manager in Japanese manufacturing companies (preferable)
- Experienced in making Quality Assurance System
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Up to 45
- Willing to reallocate to the factory’s surrounding area and/or going to work on his/her own every day
