GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR – MANUFACTURING
§ Job code : JO-170919-136623
§ Level: Deputy Manager
§ Contract Term: Permanent
§ Work Location: Soc Son, Ha Noi – Bus is provided
§ Work Time:
ü Monday- Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm )
ü After probation, off 2 Saturdays per month
§ Bonus and Incentives: Bonus and performance review twice per year
§ Benefit(s): benefits according to the regulation of Labor Law and Insurance Law.
§ Selection Process: One and last interview ( face-to-face) – No bus provided
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of over 100 members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Language Skills: English business level.
- Have at least 5 years experiences in production managing in any field.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Male
- Age: under 35
- Personality:
+ Good manner, honest, active and willing to work under high pressure
