JOB DUTIES:
- Report to Japanese Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all sections (Production, Purchasing, QA/QC, R&D,….)
- Find out issues and take measures to solve them
- Check weekly / monthly / quarterly production result data and report to Director
- Organize and strengthen factory structure to seek for business profit
- Have a firm viewpoint of management
- Engage in negotiations with governmental authorities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese – business level, able to understand Training program.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry, management
