§  Salary range: Gross 11.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Manage team members to ensure the work progress

-       Design fan motor based on orders and specifications from clients and headquarter in Japan

-       Motor experiment in laboratory environment

-       Make samples; test and verify the performance characteristics of the engine

-       Fix errors prior to mass production

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering

-       Language skill(s): Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3)

-       Computing: MS Office proficiency, AutoCAD (2D, 3D), other design software

-       From 2+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese manufacturing companies

-       Good knowledge about motor design

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Male preferable

-       Age: Up to 35

-       Personality: hard-working, aggressive, responsible

-       Able to go training in Japan 3-12 months and work overtime when requested
