§ Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00) & every other Saturday based on company’s request
§ Salary range: Gross 23.000.000 - 28.000.000 VND
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the recruitment process of the company (including job descriptions, measurement definitions, proper actions to close gaps)
- Design the selection matrix for choosing optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources
- Explore market best practices in recruitment and staffing; implement appropriate best practices for the organization
- Build good relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of recruitment process
- Set social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions
- Conduct job interviews for managerial positions or other key ones in the organization
- Monitor labor legislation; implement required changes to keep the whole process compliant
- Manage and develop HR recruitment team
- Act as a single point of contact for department managers regarding recruitment topics
- Design training recruitment for HR recruiters and department managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Language skill(s): English fluent (must), Japanese conversational level (preferred)
- Computing: MS Office proficiency
- From 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment for matrix organizations, especially BPO industry
- Having good network with headhunters, job sites and wide range of candidates is a very big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
