JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese SCM Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-Negotiate with supplier to have better contract condition (delivery time,

delivery frequency, payment condition and so on)

- Get all information from restaurant staff to make procedure to order and receive with supplier

- Teach inventory management for restaurant staff and track inventory

- Manage relationship with supplier, prepare and follow purchase order

- Conduct research for potential supplier and suggest better supplier and product

- Work with Procurement team of HCM to maximize corporate resource

- Support office manager in daily operation activities

- Take care import/export jobs with international suppliers

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills:          English business level

-          Have more than 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management field, SCM experience in F&B field and import/export field is advantage

-          Have strong negotiation skill with each parties such as supplier, restaurant staff

-          Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytical skill,
and problem solving skill

-          Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
