JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese GA Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
Working as a member of GA Team – to achieve the goals of company and department related to Projects, Admin, Legal, Maintenance:
* Administration team management
- Manage team and maximize rescue of team
- Manage and control office purchasing and liaising with suppliers
- Manage and arrange air tickets for expatriate on vacation/business trips, foreigner’s visa, temporary residence card, etc
* New store development support
- Looking for suitable property to open new store
- Manage assigned tasks and take care all the matter of new restaurant opening project
- Manage licenses, contracts related to new restaurant opening project
- Setting up and manage the telephone, Water, Electricity for the restaurant
- Rental contract proposal and implementation
- Construction management – relating to restaurant asset and building.
* Facilities management
- Checking and proposing for maintenance of the company asset, restaurant equipment
- Managing the facilities of the restaurant
- Manage and fix broken restaurant equipment
- Create and manage restaurant asset management system
* Legal license management
- License of the restaurant and the factory
- Dealing with local and relevant government authorities related to company’s legal affairs
- Managing licenses and certificates
- Controlling, monitoring agreements, contracts
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English business level
- 3 years of experience in the relevant position in multinational and professional companies
- Good understanding of relevant policies and procedures
- Knowledge of legal (preferred)
