JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Manager / Team Leader
§ Manage 3-5 staffs
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage development team of 3 -5 people
- Report to Japanese clients through skype daily
- Connect developers and Japanese clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese equivalent to business level – N2
- Experience in JAVA ( JAVA + PHP is a plus )
- Experience in Team leader position
- Experience working/studying in Japan is a plus
